I am passionate about what I do, and love everything to do with web design, online marketing, branding and SEO.
We live in a digital age, surrounded by devices, Wifi, online shopping, big-brand marketing, you name it… my job is to help small and medium-sized businesses get in there and to bring their businesses online with good search engine positioning.
Web Designer with Marketing & Business Background
My first job after uni over 20 years ago, was working for a Venture Capital magazine. We worked with enterpreneurs trying to raise money to get their businesses to the next level, including Coffee Republic, among others. As well as writing and editing, I was responsible for setting up and developing the company website, and finding ways to adapt to the digital world. This was really what ignited my love of taking businesses online.
Next, I joined a start-up in the US, and was again involved in the set up of the online arm of the business. It was all hands on deck and a race against time with limited funds.
Finally, I set up as a web designer and online marketeer – firstly in Australia, where I was based, and more recently in Suffolk. I have clients in the local area, such as Eye, Diss, Botesdale, Woodbridge, Ipswich, as well as further afield, including Dubai and Australia.
